The GENESIS range of bioprocess containers is supplied for the shipment and storage of bio pharmaceutical fluids including cell cultures and buffer solutions.
ALLpaQ’s bio process containers are bespoke fabricated to accommodate a diverse range of single use bioprocess containment bags. ALLpaQ know how and IP is applied during the process to ensure strength and security during transportation.
The latest addition to the ALLpaQ family of bioprocess containers is the ‘CLEANROOM’ range designed and developed for “In Process” fluid handling. ‘CLEANROOM’ bioprocess containers are unique as the first plastic container made fit for purpose in the cleanroom environment, including the designing out of base ribs which otherwise represent a bacteria growth area. Plastic materials offer distinct hygiene benefits especially in the cleaning operation with a significantly improved cleaning cycle offering improved efficiency resulting in significant economic benefits.
Flexibility in manufacturing in plastic materials offers the customer greater options in achieving bespoke solutions in fluid management.
Customization can include modifications in the size of container to accommodate bag dimensions, flexibility of choice in positioning the exit hole through the base of the unit and various branding options.
